"I ordered something that was on backorder on December 30, and got a phone call the next day saying they expected it to be in their warehouse on January 5. I was excited about the service, since they called me personally to make sure that the backorder was okay. However, it is now January 25, my order has not arrived and I have not heard a word from them. I have emailed them twice to find out what is going on, but have had to reply. They charged my credit card immediately, but I have nothing to show for it. I am quite upset."
