"I ordered a CPU online. Frys told me they were completely sold out but had one left - it was a demo model that was on the floor. I said OK. They gave me a discount and shipped it out. It turns out that it had a Windows account on it - one of the salespeople I imagine. I couldn't log on because I didn't have the PW or the admin PW. No one at Frys could help me. They kept telling me to take it into a local store and they would help me. I said forget it, you sent me an usuable product and I insisted they pay for the return shipping charges. They did, and I got a full refund which was good, but it was extremely poor service to ship me a computer that had not been wiped clean."
