"I can't say enough about this company! I ordered a 40' ladder for my husband for Christmas from the Jessup, MD store and it was here in a flash! Christmas eve when he couldn't believe how wrong I got the size, they helped me right away replace the ladder (and didn't make me feel like an idiot)with a 16' model that was also quickly return/delivery. Fred and Bill, you really saved the day (Christmas Day!)."
