Poor quality and Inaccurate delivery times
"We ordered many different blinds for our house with this company. 1/2 of the material sent was unusable quality. They were able to remake it (for substantially more money - no refund available). On both the original order and the order that was remade the shipping times were many months later than they said they would be. For about the same price you would do much better ordering from a local company."
