"Ordered 10 EZ Patch 23 from them today online...received confirmation right away. Paid for Fedex Standard Overnight. Called a few minutes ago when I did not receive a Fedex Number. 5 were backordered and they input manually....the person who did the input mistakenly put Fedex ground. We cannot use these after tomorrow and will not be at the shipping address when they are delivered. Customer service is terrible. I asked for the order to be cancelled and was told they cannot do it...I will have to refuse shipment. Customer service supervisor (if she was one) would not give out her last name....very rude and unhelpful. Lauren should probably not be in a
supervisory role.
In reply to the response below....According to an email and 1 customer service rep and Lauren the shipment was not arriving today due to someone on your end incorrectly inputting the shipping information. We would have been happy with 5 arriving today, but I was told there was no way to change the shipment....so what is the real story???"
