"Purchased a wooden backgammon set. It arrived with a checker missing and also the wood was warped and the game did not close properly. Item was defective. I contacted customer service via email as they do not have a phone number listed or any info on where to send an item to return. Customer service requested pictures which I sent. They then apologized and promised to send a new set to replace the defective one and said I could keep the defective one and did not need to send it back. I thought, wow that's great! Then over a month later I received the missing checker which came via ChinaPost.
No new set was sent. I have contacted them over 10 times now via their website form and no one will reply as to their promise to send a new set. They do not list a phone number on their site so I had to find it online/google. I called the number and no person only a voicemail saying to contact them through their website email form. At this point I just want to return the defective set for a refund since they are not sending the replacement as promised. I cannot return it since no one will tell me where to send it or send a return label. Very frustrating"
