Do you wish to continue the chat? macfa017: I have not yet received my package that I ordered nearly two weeks ago. I tracked the package and it says "in transit". Do you know when I should be expecting to see my package? Thank you macfa017: It is order number 7484001183594 - thanks for your help Jill: Just a moment while I check that out for you. Jill: It looks like something happened to this shipping Jill: USPS picked it up and then now there is no tracking for it. macfa017: Do you have any idea as to what I should do about this? Jill: I am going to process this refund as undeliverable. I am very sorry about this. Those that rated this company as "5 STAR" clearly haven't had any problems. It has nothing to do with the amount of delivery time it takes- this is something that you should be prepared to wait for. However, when an order just doesn't show up? Get's lost? Never was sent? Oh but my card was charged..maybe they should wait to charge individuals for their items until the customer actually receives their order. Or here's an idea, maybe hire staff to go through the orders and double check that they were processed, sent, and received. But wait, that's why everything is discounted because they probably aren't paying their employees enough..."
