Bait and switch b.s.
"This was the only site I could find that accepted my insurance. The ordering process went well though it has been a nightmare since. First, they don’t allow you to cancel order, like at all. Second, after nearly a month plus, all I’ve received are “still in the process” type emails and my inquiry emails have been completely ignored with regards to how soon I should expect a tracking number. Don’t fall for the scam b.s. opt for Zenni or something like that. If Zenni says 14 days at most it will be 14 days at most and not moving the ship date further out by days and days each time you check your order status like with glasses.com. Luckily they only scammed me out of $20. Oh and good luck getting a hold of their customer service."
