Fantastic Customer Service
"I wanted a king-sized bed that matched the set that I already had but unfortunately, they discontinued it everywhere around me. I finally found the bed on EmmaMason and when I ordered it, it did tell me that it was going to be 7 months before I received it. I knew going into it that it was going to take a long time to receive, and it was... The customer service at EmmaMason was absolutely fantastic they really kept me in the loop on when I would receive the bed and I never felt like my order was forgotten about. Tiffy was absolutely amazing and answered all of my questions super-fast! Jade also helped me, and she was wonderful as well! They were both absolutely wonderful. It did take a while but with the consistent updates my experience could not have been better! Thank you EmmaMason and especially Tiffy and Jade for all of their help!"
