No response and never got the key
"At first they seemed pretty good, having the exact key I needed on their list. So I placed the order and the next day got an email saying it was shipped so I was really excited! But a week later, they sent me another email telling me to ignore that shipping email cause they didn't have the key in stock. They gave me a few options to choose from and I chose the 2nd one cause that was to just get the keycap and nothing else. I sent them the email same day giving them my choice.
2 weeks go by and nothing. I sent them a message through their site asking about what was happening, but got no response. I tried messaging again a month later to see if my messages were just overlooked. Turns out they just never responded all together. Finally issued my refund through PayPal almost another month later.
TL;DR Don't give them your money! They're a scam and I'm sad I didn't read these reviews earlier."
