"I love my new Nokia Lumia 800 Unlocked Phone, I received my order on time, I paid for overnight delivery. Before, I purchased my phone, I called their customer service because I wanted to make sure they have it in stock, they have very friendly customer service. I don't recall the rep's name but she was an EXPERT about every question I asked.
I never seen online customer service so well-informed about their own products, she evidently knew every single question. I asked her why their price is little bit higher than other company, she told me that some companies sell the same products but they are not factory unlocked they can be the at&t version.
Surprisingly, I learned something new so thank for all your decent information. I wish I knew her name now, but I wanted to take some time to say thank you and I love my new phone.
I want to appreciate your outstanding service, I will order more phone soon. I recommend to anyone!
Will see if they can do the same outstanding service again because I do buy a lot of phones for my family overseas, I'm looking forward for my next purchase soon.
