Chinese Seller with no support
"I bought a set of refurbished shock absorbers for BMW. They were shipped from China, but only the left one arrived. On request, the right one was delivered 2 weeks later. After installation by a specialist workshop and 3 months of use, the right-hand shock absorber was defective. According to German law, the commercial seller is obliged to provide a warranty for reconditioned parts. Auto Parts Home US refuses to do this. Instead, I am offered to buy another part from China for 250 euros. That is absurd. Claiming my rights in China is practically impossible. Eyes open and hands off!"
