Gazebo canopy replacement
"Customer service reps (via email and on the phone ) are very responsive, helpful and in all ways customer service oriented. BUT 1. I don't think shipping should be charged to the customer on a return/replacement and 2. The canopy, even when correct model is extremely difficult to install. This ought to be re-engineered OR include information to that effect and tips for the most successful strategies to install the canopy."
