Never received package and jimmy jazz refused fed express to research for missing package
"This is the worst retail. Never received package and they refused to refund. They refused to allow fed express to research for missing package bcuz they never sent it. Jmeris the mgr agreed to refund then she decided not to. I told her I had back surgery 8/5/21 and she don’t worry I got you and understand and will get your refund. Focus on your surgery and you should your refund soon. Horrible and dishonest customer service. I have a verbal and email from Jmeris Re refunding me. Will not stop till I get my $258.00 refund."
