Horrible
"I ordered my product 18 days ago. I contacted/emailed customer service on day 14 and inquired about my order and was told they would follow up in 24 hours. No follow up received so I emailed two more times and 4 days later received a email saying my order should ship this week or next week. I buy a lot of clothing & gear, this was my first & last purchase with Opsgear. Very disappointing."
