"I placed an order for a canon zoom lens and selected the free shipping option which the website estimated would ship in 10-12 business days. After the twelfth business day, my item still had not shipped. My emails inquiring as to why weren't returned. Finally, when I called, I was told the item was on backorder. This was not mentioned on the website at all. Ultimately, I cancelled the order. After searching for versadeals online, I saw this was par for the course. Ultimately, it was my fault for not researching this company further before I placed an order. For anyone looking to order from this company, please think twice. You can find all sorts of horror stories about this company online. Their prices may look great, but they don't actually have any of the products you'll be purchasing. Spend the extra 100 bucks or so and go through someone reputable."

"I purchased a Canon Zoom lens at the high price of 1400 dollars. Everything seemed in order at first. I received email confirmation and my card was charged. After a week, the item had not shipped. My emails inquiring as to why my lens had not shipped weren't returned. Finally, I called and asked them to cancel my order. They did so and I received an email saying the refund would be processed in 24 hours. Over two weeks later, they still had not refunded my money. They also wouldn't return my emails. Finally, I had to call my bank and dispute the charge.
DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. It is an absolute SCAM."
