Customer service - not responsive
"I love the dress we purchased by the color is not right to the webpage. Trying to get it sent back and a refund is a nightmare. Before ordering I had online issues and they weren’t helpful either.
They have timing set up for full returns/refunds and their lack of response is unacceptable when I get them the information they need quickly. Very frustrating because we have to find another dress."
