"I wanted to let you know I have placed an order on Jan 10th for a Valentines gift with the personalized m&ms.I did receive an email on Jan 16th ( it took 6 days for someone to see this'?!?!) the order could not be processed bc of the words I used. ( in the email it was worded differently) So I did a live chat with a gentlemen about a week and 1/2 later. He changed the context for me and said I would receive my order in 5-7 days. I sent an email about
7-10 days ago asking what my order # was bc the one I had was not working this my order # ***-***-****
I did not hear back. So I called about 7:30am on 2-2-18 left a message asking for someone to contact me about my Oder,left my name,cell # and order number. I have not heard back from anyone yet. So I want you to know their customer service is awful! I'm very disappointed I was not contacted through my email or vm I wanted to do something different for my husband. My first and last experience has been nothing but a headache"
