Delays in delivery, didn't make the product that was ordered, and HORRIBLE customer service
"I ordered a set of bar stools on November 20 online from Restaurant Furniture Supply. They sent a confirmation several days later with the correct finish that I ordered and the correct style. The order confirmation they sent back had slightly different wording on the description, but looked correct. (Mahogony chairs, x-back, etc.) Then there was a delay in shipping, and they said they'd be done by 12/20. Then there was ANOTHER delay and said they'd be shipped by 1/20. I received them on 1/27 - TWO MONTHS after the order. And, much to my dismay, they are COMPLETELY the wrong product. They miskeyed what I ordered online (which I have an email receipt of). Customer service REFUSED to acknowledge that this was their issue, refusing to pay for shipment for a return. I offered to buy MORE chairs since I could use the short ones in my establishment as well, but needed more to fill the tables. They refused to offer a discount on future-purchased chairs or shipping. The customer service manager was rude, defensive, and - in short - is absolutely in the wrong profession. Do not do business with this company, unless you are willing to accept delays in product receipt, potentially the wrong product altogether, and hostile "customer service.""
