"In the first week of December I ordered multiple items, the site indicated that I was within the "guaranteed Christmas arrival" and I deliberately ordered only things listed as in stock (a lot of things weren't).
2 weeks later, after the package should have arrived, I emailed asking for tracking details, and was told that one item was out of stock so the package wasn't sent. It was now back in stock and would be shipped tomorrow.
Annoying, and poor service, but it happens.
After Christmas, having still not received a tracking number, I email again asking what the ****.
4 days later I am told a DIFFERENT item is out of stock and that I can either continue to wait, or take store credit. (So I can order something else that won't ever arrive I guess).
I needed PayPal to get my money back.
The one positive review here seems like the only person in the last 3 months to have recieved items or customer service. A plant maybe?"
