Use any other company: Canva, VistaPrint, or a company in your city.
I ordered a rushed delivery and 2 days after my shipment was supposed to arrive, I find out that it wasn't even printed yet.
After several chat sessions, I found out that the order was actually printed already but still not shipped due to a technical problem.
And they refused to cancel the order and refund me, saying it's their policy and nothing could be done.
After getting a manager on the phone and ensuring me that the order was going out today and would arrive tomorrow, I get a tracking number showing a delivery date in 3 days.
It's been 4 days now and still no delivery.
Companies like this deserve to go bankrupt and fade away!"
