misleading return policy
"Same as a previous reviewer, I tried to return a world series flag because they told me it was double sided which it was not at all. They told me that championship items were not returnable.
There was NOTHING on the product page that said the item was not returnable, there was NOTHING in their FAQ which mentioned specific products which were not returnable.
They told me that the packing slip that came with the item says the item is not returnable. This is not just misleading but illegal.
They lost my business forever and I will never recommend them to any of my fellow sports fans. I order hundreds of dollars in sports merchandise every year and they will never receive a dime of it in the future."
