They promptly sent a new one and emailed me TWICE, once to confirm the RMA and the second to notify that it shipped. And silly me, I threw out the keys (my mistake), I asked for a new set and once again, they swiftly sent them. Great job guys!! More businesses should follow their lead..."
"I ordered a Mitsumi 54X32X54 Internal CDRW drive. Not only did the price not match Pricewatch on their website, there was no coupon option to adjust price. I ordered the unit anyway, and with shipping it came to $52.32, when it should have been $34.00 shipped! I explained this in the comments area on the order form and they cancelled the order without telling me. Today (2 weeks later) my customer asked for a status of her new CD writer and I look like a total jerk! Thanks guys...you'll never see another order from me!"
"I needed replacement of a floppy drive that I recently purchased. The drive was noisy and the disk was scraping on the drive heads. They said that if the drive worked and if the data could be read that the drive was not defective. I say they don't want to support a product because the markup on a floppy drive is negligible. Lousy RMA department--they were not customer oriented at all. I felt like I was making arguing with an insurance adjuster!"
