Extremely reliable at a good price
"We've now placed 7 orders for company related PC's with eCollegePC.com since 2019. Before them we'd ordered from Newegg, CyberPowerPC and Dell, but, with each of them we'd had issues (which, to their credit, the issues were all resolved), but, time is money and we felt like we needed a place where we didn't have to worry about returns being a necessary evil, so we kept looking. Every computer we've purchased from them is still running well, and has not required any repairs. Furthermore, the amount of options available and the pricing all seems very fair to me. I don't feel like they're trying to figure out how to bleed their customer dry, they just seem focused on doing a good job.
For the last two computers we've ordered they've even supplied a video of it being run inside their office, which, I think is a pretty nice touch. There's no doubt they've at least spent the time making sure everything runs.
We also have never had an issue with delivery. The computers are packed well, with the video cards secured. Years ago I'd ordered a computer from another company that I no longer remember the name of where the video card had broken the motherboard, so, I appreciate that they make sure that doesn't happen."
