"I used to be a Best Buy customer years ago then I found Amazon. But recently I found a Bose headphones on the Best Buy website that was priced decently, shipping cost was nominal, and I acquired a Best Buy credit card that I could conveniently pay off the purchase within 12 months with no interest. So I made the purchase this past Sunday and paid for 2-day shipping. I didn't get a tracking number on Monday and didn't think much about it. Then Tuesday came around and still no tracking. That's okay I thought the website says that my order *will be* arriving on time. So yesterday morning I checked the Best Buy website and still no tracking number. I called the customer service phone number, and I was put on hold for several minutes. I hung up, called again and got disconnected. I then did an Internet search on Best Buy which I should have done prior to this fiasco and found out how terrible their company is. I immediately cancelled my order. I will not buy anything from Best Buy until they get their act together. I will be going back to Amazon to buy the Bose headphones."
