"This company is a complete joke. I have never experienced such incompetence and lack of professionalism in my life. I have wasted so much time and energy trying to get answers about my order, only to be met with vague responses and constant runaround. It is absolutely ridiculous that they have the audacity to treat their customers this way. Do not waste your time or money with this company. Stay far away and save yourself the headache."
