Bad Customer Relations
"Ordered an Athlon scope and they drug me along for a week and then sent an email saying they wanted a picture of my credit card. I responded this sounded like a phishing scam and they politely told me sorry the scope you ordered is damaged and we canceled your order and returned your money. Strung me along for almost a week with a credit card hold on my funds and then this. Terrible customer service. Buyer beware."
