They kept in contact with me the entire way
"I ordered a sewing machine from them (12/29/2019) knowing it was back ordered (it said so on their website). As time went on, and the arrival kept being pushed back, they took the time to email me to keep me in the loop. It took over a month to get my machine and they kept emailing me with updates, showing they cared about their customer. And anytime I asked a question they got right back to me.
I've had my sewing machine for a week now. It's a great machine that I truly enjoy. They have great items (sometimes at terrific prices!) and fabulous customer service!
