"I was very excited to purchase the Joybird Wilder Sleeper Sofa a few months ago. Upon delivery (2 months after ordering) I noticed the cushions did not line up with the frame of the sofa, and within the first 4 months the fabric is so wrinkled it looks like I've had the sofa for four years. I only use my sofa for a small window of time in the evening and don't have a lot of traffic on it otherwise. When I visited the local Joybird showroom to express my concerns and inquire about replacement cushions, the design consultant told me the cushions looked "defective". The showroom sample of the same sofa was in pristine condition, no wrinkles in the farbic, and the cushions lined up perfectly with the frame. (The design consultant also told me they had the sample in the showroom for over a year with heavy traffic of people testing out the sofa) When I filed a claim with the warranty department, I was told by Miguel that there was nothing they could do to replace my cushions as this is just normal wear and tear and they cannot guarantee consistency across the board as all pieces are made individually. This sofa was not an inexpensive piece and the quality of the what I received does not match the price tag. Shop elsewhere, I know I will next time."
