HORRIBLE DELIVERY DELAYS, CUSTOMER SERVICE
""To say I am disappointed with PrintPlace is an understatement. I ordered business cards for a trade show Friday 8/13, paid for Express turnaround and Express shipping, expecting it would arrive by end of the following week as their website showed the date as available, took my order, my money & sent confirmation. I contacted PrintPlace 2 days prior to expected arrival because I need the cards and was told the cards would not be arriving until the following week - by a rep and a "Lead" (whatever that is) named Kanesha after holding for over an hour. When I asked for a Manager I was told there isn't one at all, anywhere. Be advised, Kanesha is the owner. This is ridiculous-I won't be using them for anything ever. I am recommending that you skip this company and call one who cares about their reputation and your timelines - printingforless.com ask for Tami tell her Lisa sent you. She tried very hard to make up for Print Place screwing me - unfortunately for me there wasn't enough time, but you can still save yourself if you haven't ordered from these bumbles yet. This review will be posted on every review site I can find, starting with Yelp."
