"I purchase 2 pairs of shoes from this store, I notice that I did not received a confirmation email so I contacted them a few hour later via telephone the CS service agent told me 1 of the item was not instock so I told her to cancell my order, she said it could not be cancelled because it was in the box and will be shipped out the following day I ask to speak with there supervisor because I dont need just one item. The supervisor said she would cancel my order a few day later I saw were my account was debited for the cancelled item I call to find out why they had charged my account when I cancelled the order, the cs said the item was already shipped which was a lie since I was told on the day of the purchase that it was still there I got really mad and called my bank and have them chargeback the amount that was charge to my account when the shoes arrived a week later I had the PO RETURN TO SENDER I would not recommend anyone to shop with them."

"I place an order on August 25th received part of it a week later. I was told that the rest would arrived within the next week I am still waiting I called to enquire about it the CS agent was pleasant, but my order has not arrived here yet I am running out of patience bacause my husband need his mega B Stress. they have debited my account for the item."

"I've made a purchase on june 3rd for one of my customer thinking all was well a month later the customer contacted me that he did not received the item I emailed this company since they did not have a phone number on their site,got no reply as to what happen to the order I paid for a month earlier I had to refund the buyer email them several times before they finaly issue me my money I would never buy from them again."

"I purchase a croscill king size sheet set for around $35.00 including shipping and handling it came in a timely manner but came with the security tag on it however I am happy because it was a great deal a week later a purchase another sheet set but not happy with the quality still has not used it yet, I probably buy from them again."
