"I placed an order on-line, received an order confirmation email and that was the last contact I had with them. No parts were delivered. They would not return phone calls or acknowledge repeated emails. I finally got my credit card company to refund order amount. Also reported them to the BBB that covers that area for what it is worth. I would never consider ordering from them again. I think Sprinter Filters is also DBA OEMEURO.com also, so buyer beware."

"I ordered a firewire card online with free shipping at an excellent price and received it in good shape. It was a great deal and worked out fine. I also ordered a set of speakers with free shipping for a Christmas gift from them and received the order in good shape and very quickly. I would order from them again if I need some items they carry."

"I order a digital camcorder online with free shipping etc. and received it within a few days, actually sooner than expected. The package was in good shape, unopened and the same as if I had bought it locally. It was a pleasant shopping experience and would buy from them again as their prices seem to be lower on some items than others and the ordering is hassle free."
