"I ordered the Motorola H715 Bluetooth Headset. 6 days later I got a Motorola H710 in the mail. The model numbers are close but they definitely are different (one has Bluetooth 2.0 the other does not). I called N1Wireless customer support and explained what happened. He said, "How do you know you got the H710?". Since it was marked on the headset and the instructions manual had "H710" printed on it - it didn't take a rocket scientist. The "customer service" agent was rude and told me to go back to my credit card company and dipute the charge. BUYER BEWARE WITH H1WIRELESS - they like to rip you off."
