Poor Service
"We ordered a couple of items from them for Christmas. The order came with a different name, order number and items. We called to have them sent back so that the persons who's items we had recieved and our order could get sent to the appropriate places. They said that there was nothing that they can do and the items we ordered were no longer in stock. The person we talked to on the phone really didn't seem to care that our order was lost at all and made us feel like it was an inconvenient to have to talk to us and refund our money. We are so disappointed and I will NEVER order from them again. We now have to try to find a different item with only 2 weeks before Christmas."
