"Our 10 months nightmares. After the sales associates take your order, he or she not longer handle your and when they try to assist you, the customer service doesn’t allow them to correct or take care the mistake or damaged furniture piece. The customer service is one the worse. We had to wait over 10 months to address the damaged pieces and still was not able to keep it what we ordered because it turned in to back and forward trip to our home with not success and fix or correct the damaged furniture. All these trips in and out in our home caused by the cruise’s shoes damaged the wood floor. We have to sent many pictures, called reapetly to customer services and email constantly. Very hard to contact the assistant signed to help us. Reapetly, asked for managers to address the problem. Finally after over 10 months customer services address some of the problem and we lost money. Customer services keep all warranty plans we purchased for the pieces and also kept a % don’t remember if was 10 or 20% of our money. Very sad because during that time I was going to different medical on my back and this bad representation of Furnitureland customer support or services made more difficult. I thanks my Lord because the nightmares is over. Also, prayed that not other customer/person has to go through a situation like our."
