"I ordered an OEM CD from VioSoftware on 1/10/2006. I waited several weeks, but never received my order, which was shipped via US Mail. However, I called customer service and got right through. The person I talked to was very helpful and sent another copy out that day via UPS, and I received it promptly.
It's not the fault of VioSoftware that the CD was lost in the mail, and thier customer service did a great job!"
