"I placed my order on 8-23, estimated shipping was 8-29 to 8-30. So I ordered expedited shipping since I was leaving for a trip on 8-31. I waited until 8-31 (the day I was leaving) to e-mail and request explanation of why my order had not been shipped yet.... even after checking online to track it with USPS. They say it "shipped" on 8-29-18. I emailed and complained since I specifically ordered expedited shipping for a reason and I was told that they have no control over when it gets shipped from the manufacturer but that I could change my shipping address to receive it....but isn't that what I bought this expedited shipping for?! I waited almost 2 more weeks until I'd had enough. I e-mailed again expressing my displeasure with the service and the fact that I still had not received my shipment. Magically, they admit something had gone wrong...and that they would offer an overnight shipment free of charge but that they prefer I call for immediate attention. I called today, and talked to a rude representative, Robin, who tried telling me that my order had been shipped and there's nothing they can do( without even looking at my account). I told her the representative, Odessa, via email, had told me otherwise. Then she put me on hold for way too long to figure out what I had been told before and to look at the notes on the account... magically within the hour I received an email from them telling me they refunded my money. I have done nothing but go around and around with this company and I have made it clear that I will be reporting them. They are absolutely running a scam and I believe everyone should know about it. I'm thankful to have my money refunded so I can take my business elsewhere. These people are SCAM ARTISTS. The office sounded like someone's living room...I could hear someone else's conversation LOUDLY in my conversation... STAY AWAY!"
