"They had the E8400 intel processor before most other vendors. Product was shipped promptly and the price was fine. Good communication from Lili and prompt email replies. Many shipping options.
Would buy from them again.
Only downside is their website is not the best. It was not up all the time and this worried me, but in the end, I received my product as expected!"

"BUYERS OF "POPULAR" ITEMS BEWARE.
**Their website does NOT reflect changes in item stock AFTER HOURS.**
I tried to order an intel E8400 processor, at the time of order, this is a very very hot item. Website said clearly 6 items left in stock. When I ordered (after hours), the number of items didn't decrease to 5. So... I knew something was wrong.
I sent an email to customer support asking if it was really in stock.
Customer support cancelled my order and confirmed my suspicions -- item was no longer available.
The only reason I went with this vendor was because they had this item available sooner than my usual PC supply store (Newegg.com)
Newegg is simply the best... best customer support, best shipping.
I am EXTREMELY disappointed in pcsuperstore, I doubt I will do business again. Newegg would never have this problem with their website.
At the very least, they were kind enough to cancel my order without any hassles whatsoever. They seem like an honest retailer, unfortunately their website is not so honest.
