BOGUS COMPANY
"On October 23, 2020, I ordered a part for my Krups coffee pot and the money for same was deducted from my account immediately. On November 25, 2020 I called sent an email - it was promptly replied too stating that due to COVID they were not responding to emails!! Then I was told that the part was on order from Germany. When I checked with them in March, 2021, I was told it had just arrived and would be shipped that week. I again called them in April 2021 and was given no answer but the woman that answered the phone said she would check and call me the next day. NO CALL EVER RECEIVED. I have reported this company to the Better Business Bureau."
