"On November 30th, 2010 I ordered a Samsung CLP 600N Printer from Arsenal PC (aka Target PC). The item was shipped to a residence in Las Vegas, NV. It was received on December 7th, 2010. The item was removed from the original box. The item was determined to not satisfy the home office setup and it was decided that the item was to be returned with the desire to get a full refund. The box has discarded during that process. When I reached out to Arsenal PC I was asked some initial questions. Was the printer cartridges opened? Was the item used? The answer to both of those was NO, they were not. I was then asked if I had the original box. I answered NO. I was then told over the time frame of two days that Arsenal PC would not refund the item without the box. Nowhere in Arsenal PC's return policy does it state I had to keep the box for a return/refund. In addition, other retailers such as Best Buy and Office Depot take returns for full refunds without a box, as I have been in those situations prior. Thus precedence for businesses in that industry. My issue is Arsenal PC is making up rules on their refund policy as they go, will not take my item back and give me a refund and have not given me any options other than to get a box before they will take it back. I want to return the item and I want a refund!"
