"They told me I would have my order by Friday with standard three day shipping. I had it confirmed with two representatives. I even offered to pay extra to have it expidited quicker but they said it would arrive on time as long as weather was fine. The weather was great and it was late by 2 days. It turns they did not ship it till Thursday two days after they said it would. No wonder it was late getting to me. This was my first and last purchase from OpenTip."
