"I ordered 6 items with sign-up and referral credits that were shipped in 2 packages. The packing slip for the first package listed 3 items but the package contained only 2 items. I figured the packing slip was in error and the missing 3rd item would be in the second package. The second package arrived a few days later. Lo and behold, the packing slip listed the last 3 items from my order and again, contained only 2 items! So in the end, I received only 4 out of the 6 items I ordered. It's astounding that in the hundreds of packages I've received from orders in recent years from various online stores both big and small that the first two with missing items are from the same store."

"I absolutely will never order from joann.com ever again. I ordered 10 yards of sale fabric at 99 cents a yard and 1 other small item during a free shipping promo. After 7 days, the small item finally shipped. After 8 days, they finally notified me that the fabric was out of stock and therefore cancelled. I checked the website on both the 7th and 8th day and the fabric did not show up as out of stock. I contacted their customer service twice about this and each time it took 3 days to get a response. Their explanation for the website inconsistency with the cancellation email is that the fabric was out of stock when my order was processed but is no longer out of stock -- how does that make any sense if it was never out of stock on the website?? My guess as to the real reason behind the cancellation is that they didn't want to ship 10 yards of fabric to me because it's relatively large and heavy and the shipping would cost them more than what I paid for the fabric. Also, joann.com continues to send me spam even though I have already unsubscribed to their mails."

"I will never order from Oneida's website ever again. I purchased several clearance/sale items from Oneida. Everything arrived dusty and some of the boxes were very torn. The glass pie dish I ordered had a hairline crack. It was cheap so I decided to just toss it out. One of the 4 sets of 5-piece dishes I purchased only had a single piece. I emailed Oneida and waited a few days but no one ever replied. When I called, the customer service rep was polite and promptly placed an order for a new 5-piece set for me but when the new set arrived, it only included 3 pieces. I've given up on trying to get a complete set."

"I ordered a Panasonic FZ20. It came very quickly but the usb connector didn't work. I called Onecall to get a RMA number. The CSR was condescending. He didn't believe me when I told him the usb connector didn't work. He insisted I call up Panasonic to make sure it's a defect. I didn't call up Panasonic but I called OneCall again the following business day. The CSR finally gave me a RMA number but he assumed I wanted an refund so when I told him I wanted a new one sent, he had to put in a entirely new order. That meant that my credit card had to carry the charges from both orders (a little more than $1000) until they credited me back for the original order. Fortunately, they processed my original camera in just a few days. I am ticked that I had to pay to ship back the camera to them though."

"I placed an order for a phone with a $100 rebate. I received the phone which is good. I sent in the rebate. Now, they finally reply back saying that the order number I placed on the rebate form is not valid. I know it's valid because I made a copy of the rebate form before I sent it in AND it matches exactly what's on my receipt. What a bunch of crooks!! That will definitely be the last time I ever do business with them."
