"The battery arrived in 6 days; I thought it would have been sooner. I also received an incorrect battery so I am no better than I was before I ordered the battery. I am trying to get the proper battery now but the person whom I spoke to yesterday was helpful. I am waiting to get follow up now that I have provided information on my battery so that a correct one can be sent as a replacement. I would really like a call back soon, today, if possible."
