"Very good experience. Because I chose to chat with an online rep, EE was able to show it's colors. I asked about price matching, it turns out there was a rebate, and the rep updated the listing and all was well. Add the fact that the part I needed was backordered at the factory, EE actually had it IN-STOCK, + Free shipping = happy customer."
