HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! (UNPROFESSIONAL, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, LONG DELAYS AFTER PURCHASE, AND UNCONSCIONABLE ACTIONS IN RETURNS)
"This was the worst experience I have had in my many years of purchasing products from a company! I intend to pursue ALL legal remedies!! First, the company was dishonest about when I would receive the product (a part for my coffee maker). I received it in approximately three weeks, not in 10 days as promised (and couldn't reach the office by phone or email to find out the reason for the delay). Secondly, there was a problem with the product and the company required me to return it at my own expense but in their original packaging, which caused me to pay an exorbitant shipping fee. In addition, the company deducted the shipping fee that they paid when they first shipped the item from the refund that I was due, which is inconsistent with what I was told over the phone. In fact, they informed me that the initial shipping was free, but then deducted the initial $7.99 shipping fee from my refund, plus I paid an additional shipping fee for the return that was twice the initial shipping fee. In short, I paid more to return the item than the product cost and I would have lost less money if I had just thrown the product in the trash!! (not to mention the loss of time, the unavailability of the product, the poor customer service, etc.). Moreover, I didn't get a product!!!! I believe that they do this on purpose!! This is unconscionable and I won't let them get away with it!! Also, although I returned the item on November 14, 2020, I was not credited with a refund until January 26, 2021. Frankly, I sincerely believe that I wouldn't have received any kind of a refund if I had not continued to call them. Further, the office staff is obnoxious, rude, and unprofessional. A person can only make a call within a short time period in the early morning and the office staff not only forces the caller to wait on hold for a long time, but hangs up on you after a long wait, requiring the caller to call again only to receive a recording that the office is closed. When attempting to ask questions, the staff becomes very defensive and hostile, stating that they do not have to speak to me instead of answering questions. The company also does not provide for a response to emails!! Don't believe anything they say, publicly or otherwise! PLEASE DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS COMPANY!"
