"I ordered a router from Cost Central. The price was low and Fedex ground shipping was free. The item was shipped the same day and arrived four business days later. The router itself was packed well and new in box as described.
So in short, no complaints."

"I purchased a quiet Molex CPU fan and a pair of Papst case fans from QuietPC. The order arrived reasonably quickly. The CPU fan worked well for about a day, and then began making whirring noises.
I sent them email about it, fully expecting the usual two-days-later song-and-dance one tends to get from small vendors these days. Instead, they were prompt, polite and quite efficient. Not only did they not quibble about the problem, but they immediately sent me a replacement with a pre-paid shipping label as a bonus. The new fan works very well, and I'm a very satisfied customer. Good job, QuietPC."
