Takes forever to receive anything
"It was 9 days after I placed my order before they even shipped it, and I received my order on day 18. I have no idea why it takes so long. I’ve never had to pay shipping for any of my other products at any of my other vendors, so I expected this to have been shipped and made it here much sooner since I had to pay for the shipping. Will not be using them again. I don’t see how the herbs can still be fresh and not ruined/spoiled by the heat after sitting in a delivery truck for over a week. I’ve never had anything take so long to process and so slow in transit. They really need to step it up with the quality. I’ve heard others complain about this but I was willing to give them a chance. I and my clientele will support other businesses with better customer service and better practices."
