"Trying to reach the customer service department is a major test will. It took me 2 and a half hours to get my call answered. Three phone calls were needed to get through. I am trying to cancel my order but I still see it as processing. I hit an email right after talking with them that said, "congratulations you have been upgraded to expedited shipping"
So I am not sure if this is coming or not to be honest. We'll have to wait."
