Zero Customer Service
"This company does have some good products. I have been a satisfied customer five times. However, the one time I was not satisfied with quality, they hated it for me. They did generously offer me 25% off of another product if I wanted to try again. I basically have a $60 blanket that looks like someone ironed a bad image onto a lumpy blanket. I honestly thought I was ordering the same product that I had previously been so happy with. They informed me that they stand (or hide) behind their terms of service which says if you order the wrong thing, too bad for you. The products are too expensive to take a risk like this. Beware! And if you need customer service, don't bother. And if you write a less than favorable review on their website, it won't be published. They only show good ones."
