Delay and poor customer service
"I never write poor reviews, but this time I feel I must. It took nearly 2 weeks for us to get our order. When I called, I was told that they were short staffed. They also promised us that they would send it out the same day as the call, then they did not confirm sending the package (which was only twenty small 12 inch tiles) until over 24 hours later. It delayed my entire project and my contractors had to wait for the package to arrive. The tile was lovely, but I had several places from which to choose and I regret choosing this one."
